We're looking for an experienced Lead AV Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to work on some of the finest residential projects in Las Vegas.
Position Overview
As a Lead AV Technician, you'll lead residential integration projects from installation through final commissioning. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Programmers, Builders, and other trades while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining a professional job site.
Responsibilities
· Lead residential integration projects from start to finish.
· Install, terminate, and test structured cabling.
· Install and configure AV, networking, lighting, surveillance, and control systems.
· Build and wire equipment racks.
· Configure and troubleshoot IP networks.
· Perform system testing, commissioning, and documentation.
· Read blueprints and system documentation.
· Mentor junior technicians.
· Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
· Maintain clean, organized job sites.
Qualifications
Required
· 5+ years of residential AV integration experience
· Savant Level 2 or higher
· Crestron Level 2 or Crestron Custom
· Advanced networking knowledge
· Rack building and wiring experience
· Leadership experience
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Ability to read blueprints
· Valid driver's license
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
