Bay Property Management Group is seeking a Virginia Licensed Leasing Agent to lease professionally managed residential rental properties throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. This is an outstanding opportunity for an agent who enjoys meeting new people, showing homes, and helping renters find the right property while earning $900 for every signed lease.
Unlike traditional real estate sales, you won't be responsible for generating your own leads. Bay Property Management Group provides a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective renters and assigns you approximately 8–10 active rental properties at a time. Your role is simple: respond to interested prospects, conduct showings, build relationships, and guide applicants from inquiry through move-in.
This is a full-time, commission-only, field-based position. While you'll enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule, availability during evenings and weekends is essential, as your schedule will be driven by prospective renter demand and property showings.
Please Note: This position requires regular travel throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. An active Virginia Real Estate License is required.

What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Build relationships with prospective renters and deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, schools, and local amenities
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Coordinate lease documentation with tenants, owners, and property managers
- Complete move-in inspections and upload photos and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and consistently follow up with prospective renters
- Market available rental homes across multiple listing platforms
What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
- Comfortable traveling throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
- Active memberships with NVAR, SentriLock, and MLS (agent is responsible for associated membership fees)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone
- Previous leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Spanish speaking is a plus
