About the Role
Our custodians are the backbone of our company — ensuring that every facility we clean is spotless, safe, and ready for the next day. You’ll be responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep in offices, schools, and medical spaces. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in doing the job right.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly cleaning of restrooms, offices, classrooms, breakrooms, and hallways.
- Dust, disinfect, and wipe down surfaces including desks, counters, touch points, and fixtures.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners throughout all assigned areas.
- Sweep, dust mop, and wet mop all hard floors in the correct order to maintain cleanliness and shine.
- Vacuum all carpeted and rug areas, including under desks and corners.
- Clean mirrors, entryway glass, and interior doors for a professional appearance.
- Restock paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, and other restroom supplies.
- Report any supply shortages, damages, or maintenance issues to your supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all lights are turned off, doors are secured, and the building is left ready for the next business day.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Reliable car and valid driver’s license required.
- Must have a cellphone for communication and clocking in/out.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to take feedback.

Schedule
- Shifts available: 2-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour, and variable evening shifts.
- Monday–Friday with occasional weekend/on-call opportunities.
- Expected hours: 10–35 per week.
Pay
$16.50 – $16.75 per hour, depending on experience and account location.
