We are expanding our Orlando office and hiring Entry Level Client Scheduling Coordinators. No prior experience is needed. Selected candidates receive structured training, mentorship, and an opportunity to advance into client consulting and leadership responsibilities.
No prior industry experience is required. We train candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You Will Do
Communicate with clients who submitted requests for information
Coordinate and confirm appointments for senior advisors
Follow straightforward communication scripts by phone, text, and email
Maintain organized notes and accurate client records
Assist with follow-up communication and appointment preparation
Participate in ongoing training and team development
You will communicate with individuals who have already requested information. The role does not involve calling randomly selected consumers.
