Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist who will provide a positive experience for our patients to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our patients while collaboratively working with our practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient use of office resources.
- Address patient inquiries, issues and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming and inviting.
Skills
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively deal with challenges as they arise
- Self-motivated and organized, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen actively to patients and co-workers to help build a positive work environment
- Proficient in medical terminology

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
