Mammography Technologist
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Start times between 7:00 AM–8:30 AM
Location: Detroit, MI 48201
Pay: $56-$60/hour (W2 and 1099)
Job Summary:
Performs diagnostic mammography procedures and assists with breast biopsy procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography procedures and assist with needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms.
- Position and instruct patients to obtain diagnostic-quality radiographs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and properly stocked work area.
- Accurately enter patient and procedure data for dictation and billing.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures.
- Work at the main downtown campus or Weisberg facility in Farmington Hills as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Mammography experience required.
- ARRT (M) Certification required.
- BLS (AHA) required.
- Must be able to work at multiple assigned facilities as needed.
