Regional Sales Performance Coach
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year
Performance Compensation: Significant upside tied to regional performance
Top Performer Earning Potential: $140,000+ per year
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
Travel: Required within assigned region
Job Type: Full-Time, Field-Based
About the Role
This is not a traditional Territory Manager position.
If you want to manage through dashboards, Zoom calls, and occasional location visits, this probably isn't the role for you.
We're looking for an operator and coach who wants to be in the field—someone who can walk into a studio, observe the team in action, review performance, identify opportunities, and help improve results immediately.
Your mission is simple:
Make the people and studios in your region better.
You'll oversee approximately nine studio locations and own sales execution, team development, operational standards, and weekly performance accountability.
What You'll Own
- Regional sales performance
- Live sales coaching and representative development
- Hands-on new hire training
- Weekly studio performance reviews
- Sales process execution and compliance
- Studio operational standards
- Studio Manager coaching and development
- Studio audits and follow-through
You'll Spend Most of Your Time in Studios
This is not a desk leadership role.
You'll:
- Observe live consultations
- Coach representatives between appointments
- Conduct sales role-play sessions
- Improve objection handling and closing skills
- Correct ineffective sales habits
- Reinforce the We Whiten sales process
- Partner directly with Studio Managers
- Ensure each location operates at company standards
When someone is struggling, you don't send another training video.
You coach them.
You Own the Pace
Each studio receives structured 30-minute performance reviews throughout the week.
Beginning of the Week
- Set weekly goals
- Review staffing
- Establish production expectations
- Identify potential risks
Midweek
- Evaluate progress
- Identify obstacles
- Adjust strategy immediately
End of the Week
- Review final results
- Discuss wins and challenges
- Build the action plan for the following week
You shouldn't find out on Friday that a studio missed its goal.
You should see it coming and help change the outcome before it happens.
You Build the People
You'll lead the field-development portion of new hire onboarding.
Tuesday
- Join remote onboarding for approximately one hour
- Meet new hires
- Set expectations
Wednesday & Thursday
- Hands-on in-studio training
- Consultation flow
- Sales process
- Role-playing
- Objection handling
- Customer experience
- Repetition and coaching
Friday & Saturday
- Observe new hires with live clients
- Coach in real time
- Provide immediate feedback
- Develop confidence and independence
Training doesn't end after onboarding.
Your responsibility is continuous development.
You Protect the Standard
You're responsible for more than sales.
When you enter a studio, you should immediately notice:
- Cleanliness
- Professional appearance
- Certificates and required materials
- Equipment readiness
- Customer experience
- Sales execution
- Overall studio standards
If something isn't meeting expectations, you don't simply document it.
You help fix it.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You
- Love developing sales professionals
- Have a strong sales background
- Notice details others miss
- Enjoy working with numbers and performance metrics
- Can quickly identify why someone isn't succeeding
- Give clear, direct feedback
- Hold people accountable
- Follow through consistently
- Prefer coaching face-to-face over managing from spreadsheets
- Take ownership and get things done
This Role May Not Be a Good Fit If You
- Prefer working remotely most of the week
- Like managing primarily through reports
- Avoid difficult conversations
- Don't enjoy coaching or sales role-playing
- Dislike frequent travel
- Don't want to work Saturdays
- Believe visiting a location is the same as developing its people
- Are looking for a traditional Territory Manager position
There are plenty of those jobs.
This isn't one of them.
How You'll Be Measured
Your performance scorecard includes:
- Regional sales performance
- Weekly goal attainment
- Representative performance improvement
- Sales process adherence
- New hire readiness
- New hire retention
- Studio audit scores
- Operational standards
- Manager development
- Follow-through on performance plans
The ultimate question is simple:
Is your region performing better because you're leading it?
If the answer is consistently yes, you're succeeding.
