What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years in Sales, working with Action and In-House lines and/or a training environment.

1 year minimum experienced as a Sales Trainer in the Vacation Ownership Industry.

Minimum of 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team as a Sales Leader / TO Sales Closer.

Positive relationship skills and the ability to handle key collaborators across teams.
-
Experience with facilitating/collaborating with groups or teams within an organization.
-
Experience with training and/or coaching others to improve results.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Flexible Schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Ability to travel 20%
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

5 years' proven experience in Sales, within a branded timeshare organization.

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
