Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric populations and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and students
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across diverse caseloads and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, voice, and language disorders in students through standardized tools and observations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational professionals to support student success
- Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
