We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our Front Desk team.
Position Details
- Position: Front Office Receptionist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
- Location: Laguna Niguel, CA
- Compensation: $20-$23/hour, depending on experience
- Reports To: Office Manager
- Start Date: Immediate Opening

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Collect copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and other patient balances
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Obtain and track insurance authorizations
- Post payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
QualificationsRequired
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, fitness facility, or healthcare setting
- Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
- Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or sports
