YOUR ROLE:
As a Medication Aide/CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Administering medications according to state regulations and facility policies
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
- Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Assisting with mobility, meals, personal care, and daily routines
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Current CNA Certification Required (In North Carolina)
✅ Medication Aide Certification Preferred/Required per NC guidelines
✅ Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
✅ Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
