Navineer is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads and help close business with our experienced sales team. The BDR will be successful through strong execution, making a defined amount of daily calls utilizing quality contact lists and a proven Salesforce technology stack. Working closely with management and their peers as a team, the BDR will have constant training, education and oversight to help ensure success. The BDR will bring with them a passion for a sales career and a discipline to make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Execute against a defined set of daily call requirements
- Generate a weekly set of leads for the sales teams
- Achieve weekly goals; prospect research, calls, appointments
- Maintain and update Salesforce and report weekly to management
- Clearly articulate Navineer’s value proposition to prospects and customers
- Working with team, ability to understand technology and value propositions
- Work closely with peers to share selling best practices metrics
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of successful Inside Sales or Business Development role
- Ability and desire to become a career sales professional
- Hands-on experience with CRM software a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Goal oriented
- BS degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline
