Anova Care is one of Colorado's fastest-growing providers of home care and home health services. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
- Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily hygiene.
- Offer companionship and protective supervision as needed.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and prescribed exercises.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning.
- Help clients with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when needed.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Follow each client's individualized care plan while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$19.00–$23.00 per hour
