We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Support office management tasks including faxing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Prior office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Demonstrated experience in front desk or administrative roles within healthcare or similar settings.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clerical experience including filing, typing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred.
