Assist with oversight of daily nursing operations on an assigned unit

Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift

Help ensure quality resident care and timely clinical documentation

Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team

Promote a positive and professional care environment

Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Active Massachusetts LPN license required

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
