Position: STR Property Inspector & Property Manager
Preferred Locations: Poconos, PA or Clearwater, FL Travel: Up to 75% (mostly for property inspections)

About Us: We’re a growing short-term rental management company launching new homes across multiple markets. Our focus is on delivering amazing, 5-star guest experiences and making sure every home is fully dialed in before it goes live. We’re looking for an Asset Manager & Inspector who’s organized, detail-oriented, and excited to hit the road to help us get new properties launch-ready and keep them in 5-star condition!
What You’ll Be Doing
When traveling (up to 75% of the role):
- Visiting new properties to complete pre-launch inspections and preventative maintenance inspections for live properties
- Spotting and documenting repairs, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
- Capturing all key property info—appliances, WiFi, trash, parking, amenities, systems, etc.
- Creating clear inspection reports for our team.
- Working closely with our ops, design, maintenance, and cleaning teams to make sure every home launches smoothly.
- Doing small fixes when needed (batteries, light assembly, minor repairs).
When not traveling:
- Helping with day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
- Knocking out small repairs and quick fixes.
- Assisting with guest-reported issues to keep stays running smoothly.
- Checking homes to ensure they’re fully ready for check-in.
- Supporting the team with general upkeep, follow-up items, and quality checks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with property inspections, property management, maintenance, facilities, construction, or something similar.
- Strong eye for spotting issues and documenting accurately.
- Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time.
- Great documentation and communication skills (Slack and Company Cam experience is a plus!)
- Able to handle light handyiwork confidently.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ideally based near Utah, Poconos, PA, Austin, TX, Kissimmee, FL, or Clearwater, FL, but not mandatory.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
