Handwriting Operator – 2nd Shift
About the Role
YellowLetterHQ is seeking 2 Handwriting Operators to join our growing 2nd shift production team. In this role, you'll operate specialized handwriting and printing equipment used to produce personalized, handwritten-style mail campaigns for clients across the country.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience who takes pride in quality and consistency. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor handwriting and printing equipment throughout the shift.
- Load paper, envelopes, and other materials into machines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production counts and meet daily output goals.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Preferred Experience
- Printing or machine operation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
