YellowLetterHQ is hiring 2 Handwriting Operators for our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you'll run specialized handwriting and printing equipment that produces personalized, handwritten-style mail campaigns for clients across the country — real work with a real impact on the campaigns we send out the door.
If you take pride in doing quality, consistent work and want to build hands-on production skills, we'd love to have you. Printing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we provide training — so a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter more than a resume.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor handwriting and printing equipment throughout the shift
- Load paper, envelopes, and other materials into machines
- Perform quality control checks to catch and correct accuracy or consistency issues
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and flag bigger ones to your supervisor
- Track accurate production counts and hit daily output goals
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Work with the team to make sure jobs are completed on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Printing or machine operation experience preferred (about 1 year is a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Team player who pitches in wherever needed
