Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working within school settings
- Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform interventions and supports
- Develop and assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Collaborate in the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and crisis intervention initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold professional ethics and student confidentiality
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and team-based support processes
