Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas during shifts, including restocking supplies and garnishes.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nightclub or banquet events, including catering functions.
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining bartending environments, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
