You will diagnose, service, and repair a broad range of BRP powersports products while working with a collaborative service and parts team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Diagnose, service, and repair powersports products, including snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides and personal watercraft
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
- Use diagnostic software, service manuals, and technical resources to identify and resolve issues.
- Complete assigned work accurately and within customer appointment timelines.
- Document findings, required parts, repairs performed, and completed work clearly.
- Test completed repairs to confirm proper operation and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and complete required OEM technical training.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least two years of mechanical repair experience.
- Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, marine, or small-engine repair experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic ability, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, manage assigned jobs, and meet scheduled commitments.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a professional sense of accountability.
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics, service information, and online training.
