Right at Home is hiring an Operations and Staffing Manager. Are you looking to grow your career? This position will support and oversee the day-to-day functions of our growing private pay home care office. This role is ideal for someone who understands the moving parts of a home care agency — scheduling, staffing, client services, caregiver support, recruiting coordination, and office operations.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can help keep the office running smoothly while supporting growth and exceptional client care. Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. Competitive salary starting at $55K. PTO, 401K, medical benefits.
As our Staffing and Operations Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily office operations for our non-medical home care services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and private pay home care requirements
- Support and guide office staff, caregivers, and coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assist with client intake, service coordination, and ongoing client satisfaction
- Hire and manage caregiver scheduling and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Partner with recruiting and retention efforts to support staffing needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving clients, caregivers, schedules, and service concerns
- Monitor workflows, identify operational gaps, and help improve processes and efficiency
- Work closely with leadership to support office growth, census goals, and team development
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare operations, staffing, scheduling, or office management
- Strong understanding of how a home care office functions operationally
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Someone who can balance urgency, customer service, and team support effectively
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping in where needed
Qualifications:
- Experience leading or coordinating teams in a fast-paced environment
- Home care experience strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Military leadership or operations experience is highly transferable and encouraged to apply
