What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct proactive insurance account reviews to identify gaps in protection.
- Educate customers on Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Financial Services products.
- Identify opportunities through needs-based conversations—not high-pressure sales.
- Recommend solutions that genuinely improve customers' protection.
- Write new Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Business insurance policies.
- Discover opportunities for Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Investment referrals.
- Work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service while strengthening long-term relationships.
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and become a trusted insurance resource.

- Confidently identify Life and Health insurance opportunities.
- Help customers understand risks they may not have considered.
- Contribute to the agency's sales goals through needs-based conversations.

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (required or willing to obtain before employment).
- Life & Health License required within 60 days of hire.
- Two years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, hospitality, customer relationship management, retail sales, or wireless/cellular sales is highly valued.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and making recommendations.
- Organized, dependable, and accountable.
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $46,000, with typical total compensation of $50,000–$70,000+ based on experience and performance.
