Alivio Medical Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual Family Physician. The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.

Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.

Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation)

Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois

Basic Life Support Training
