Property Manager (Part-Time)
Location: In-Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20–30 hours per week)
Pay: $25 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. This is an in-office position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and advanced experience with Yardi software. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing leasing activities, tenant relations, rent collections, and coordinating maintenance and construction turnover.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of recent property management experience (residential, commercial, HOA, apartment management, leasing, or related property management role). Applicants without property management experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete tenant work orders and coordinate maintenance requests
- Oversee unit turnovers, including coordination with construction teams for newly completed units
- Handle leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquencies when necessary
- Reconcile rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain tenant files and property documentation within Yardi
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with property policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience using Yardi software (required)
- Previous experience in property management or leasing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work in-office daily
