As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath remodeling solutions.
This is a commission-based, outside sales role where you’ll use company-provided technology to design, present, and close sales in customers’ homes.

Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

Design personalized bath solutions using our software

Provide pricing and close sales during appointments

Attend weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred

Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus

Reliable transportation and local residency required

Confidence presenting and closing in a face-to-face environment

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
