Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and inventory management practices to maximize sales and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Manage purchasing decisions, vendor relations, and store supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in Turf Management with strong leadership capabilities in supervising teams and managing daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in POS systems, wireless sales tools, and basic math for financial transactions and sales analysis.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive store growth.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and managerial communication techniques.
