Position Summary
Bravo Claims Solutions is seeking an experienced Case Manager to assist veterans throughout the VA disability claims process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Department of Veterans Affairs Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR) or Decision Review Officer (DRO) and possess an in-depth understanding of VA laws, regulations, rating schedules, and claims procedures.
Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving those who have served our country.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of veterans from initial consultation through claim completion.
- Review medical records, military service records, and supporting documentation.
- Identify evidence needed to strengthen disability claims.
- Interpret VA regulations, M21-1 guidance, and the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive claim strategies and case summaries.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding claim status and required documentation.
- Collaborate with medical providers and internal team members to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
- Maintain detailed case documentation while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Stay current on changes to VA regulations, policies, and disability compensation procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a VA Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR) or Decision Review Officer (DRO).
- Extensive knowledge of VA disability compensation laws, regulations, and rating criteria.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an all remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military veteran (preference given to qualified veterans).
- Prior experience working with veterans’ disability claims outside the VA.
- Experience reviewing complex medical evidence.
- Familiarity with electronic case management systems.
