- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed when stocking shelves or handling deliveries, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, route schedules, and inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record for route driving responsibilities.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math skills for accurate transactions and upselling techniques.
- Experience in merchandising or retail environments is a plus, showcasing organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards.
