Title: Sales & Marketing Associate

Position Summary:
We are a growing Corvallis design and engineering firm that is seeking a team member to join our sales & marketing department. Sales & Marketing Associate will be reporting to the sales & marketing supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define strategies for marketing of our high margin products • Work along side with the sales team
- Prepare and travel to trade shows
- Develop new markets
- Take leads from Marketing and Resellers and drive them through to closed sales
- Build new customer relationships for long-term sales
- Process sales orders
- Develop and write case studies
- Develop and grow resellers in channel
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Education/Experience:
- Successful sales and marketing background including at least 2 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably acquired in an access control company • Results driven • Strong customer focus • Possess exceptional communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach to the sales process
- Inside sales experience required, preferably with a tech manufacturing company
- Previous marketing experience a plus
