Responsibilities

Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements

Set up and attending project kick-off meetings

Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date

Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations

Support and manage QA reports

Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices

Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases
Qualifications

Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related Bachelors degree - Strong Advantage

3+ years of administrative support experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries

Microsoft Office Proficiency
