Directs and maintains all upkeep and repair of all turf and related maintenance equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily maintenance repair.
- Manage and implement monthly/annual budgets.
- Oversees all ordering and inventory maintenance.
- Assists in the development and implementation of all processes and procedures related to the purchase, maintenance and safe operation of golf course equipment for employees, members and guests on course in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Operates, maintains and oversees all repairs on equipment.
- Maintains equipment inventory.
- Qualifications:
Education / Experience: Golf Course Experience a Must / Mechanical Training and Education a Plus. 3 Years as Head Mechanic / Hydraulics / Small Engine Repair / Grinding & Reel Maintenance. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance. Will be required to meet continual education and training programs and seminars. Must have working knowledge of all turf grass maintenance equipment.
