We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, maintains confidentiality, and is comfortable handling employee relations matters in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
- Prepare HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, and reports
- Address employee relations matters, including workplace concerns and conflicts
- Conduct internal investigations by gathering information, interviewing employees, and documenting findings
- Partner with HR leadership to recommend appropriate actions based on investigation outcomes
- Administer and track disciplinary actions, including verbal and written warnings, in accordance with company policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources role
- Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
