Come join the REACH team! REACH Behavioral Solutions, LLC is hiring an Assistant Clinical Supervisor for Stockton and surrounding areas. In this position, you will visit clients (mainly 0-3 years old) in their home to provide support to Behavior Technicians. This is a part-time entry level supervisor position with the ability to become full-time in the future. FREE BCBA supervision to accrue hours! Qualified candidates will demonstrate knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Job Duties:
· Assessment and development of each child’s treatment
· Analyze data and make necessary modifications to ensure client progresses through goals
· Attends meetings with families to discuss progress through treatment
· Provide ongoing training to Behavior Technicians
· Conduct Parent Training with client’s families
· Write and revise assessment, progress, and exit reports
· Assist in clinical training during onboarding process
· Address client and staff concerns/grievances
· Monitor and help create client schedule
· provide direct and consultation services
· participate in IFSP development, staff management and development
· inform supervisors or BCBA of possible referrals to appropriate agencies
. complete direct therapy sessions as necessary
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Must have proof of auto insurance (name must be on policy)
Provide record of immunization to Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Chicken Pox (Varicella Zoster) & Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
Able to pass Background Check
18 years of age or older
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required
ABA experience preferred
Must be able to pass physical and provide proof of vaccinations (more information available upon request)
Must be able to safely drive on the freeway to attend work appointments
Clinical Supervisor Assistant (CSA):
Starting Pay Rate: $24-27
Must have completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Clinical Supervisor (CS):
Starting Pay Rate: $28-$32
Must have completed or currently be enrolled in Master's level program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
