About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This remote role combines hands-on technical work at customer sites across the U.S. with home-based planning, reporting, and administrative tasks. You’ll spend approximately 75% of your time traveling nationwide and 25% working from home in Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fragrance equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues
- Travel frequently by van and plane to customer sites across the U.S.
- Manage schedules, service plans, and expense reports from home
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a personal inventory of replacement parts
- Document all service visits and maintain accurate service records
- Train customers on proper equipment use and care
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Ensure all work is performed safely, professionally, and in compliance with company standards
- Maintain responsive email communication with internal teams and customers
- Report directly to the Director of Field Service and Network Operations and the Field Service Engineer (Las Vegas-based)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or repair
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel frequently via company van, rental vehicle, or personal vehicle when needed
- Ability to independently book and manage travel (flights, hotels, car rentals)
- Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Basic computer proficiency (email, reporting, documentation)
