SEASONAL TAX PREPARER — REMOTE/HYBRID
Money Flow Financial Services is expanding our tax team! We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and help clients file accurate and compliant tax returns.
No experience? Training is available. Experienced preparers are encouraged to apply.
Position Details
- Seasonal, part-time/contract opportunity
- Remote or hybrid support through our Pensacola, Florida office
- Flexible schedule during tax season
- Commission-based compensation
- Preparer receives a 50%, 70%, or 80% split based on experience, qualifications, and performance 1099 position
- Training, systems, team support, and tax software provided
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and self-employed tax returns
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Follow IRS due-diligence and company compliance procedures
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Attend required training and weekly meetings
- Complete assigned onboarding and compliance requirements
- Commit to preparing a minimum of 10 client returns
Qualifications
- Active PTIN or willing to obtain one before preparing paid returns
- Tax-preparation experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and telephone
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
- Must follow ethical filing practices—no ghost preparing or illegal activity

Pay: $63,163.69 - $69,495.18 per year
