Scheduler/Dispatcher — DMV Restorations, Inc.
DMV Restorations is a Virginia-based restoration and construction company serving residential and commercial clients across the region. We're looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our Operations team and help keep our field crews running on time and our clients informed every step of the way.
This role is the hub between our office, our field technicians, and our clients. You'll juggle incoming service requests, build the daily schedule, manage job approvals, and keep our systems accurate — all while delivering responsive, professional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients and field staff, keeping a customer-first approach front and center
- Schedule incoming work from phone, email, and text requests, making sure every job includes a clear scope of work
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach calls
- Keep client records, pricing sheets, and account details current and accurate in our scheduling system (Service Fusion)
- Review and process job approval requests quickly and in line with company pricing standards
- Build and dispatch the daily field schedule, assigning technicians and subcontractors and adjusting as the day evolves
- Monitor work orders for completeness (pricing, photos, receipts, notes) and flag any gaps to a supervisor right away
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for field teams and redirect calls appropriately when they fall outside your scope
What We're Looking For
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or office administration (construction or restoration industry background a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort learning new software systems (Service Fusion experience a plus, but not required)
- A high level of follow-through and attention to detail
- Sound judgment for knowing when to make a call versus when to escalate
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
