Job Description:
Campus Billiards Craft Beer & Sports Bar (right across from Cypress College) is looking for a TikTok expert who can bartend on relief weekend nights and help us grow our social media presence to bring in more followers and real customers.
This is a dual-impact role:
- Behind the bar: Bartend busy weekend nights in a fast-paced environment
- On social: Create high-performing TikTok content that grows our following and drives foot traffic to the bar

Key Responsibilities – TikTok & Growth Focus:
- Build and execute TikTok strategy: Create viral, trend-based videos that showcase the bar’s vibe, events, craft beers, cocktails, shots, pool tables, and fun energy
- Grow followers fast: Produce content designed to increase account followers, engagement (likes, comments, shares), and reach
- Drive customers through the door: Make content that motivates people to visit (promos, live streams, event hype, behind-the-scenes, challenges, duets, etc.)
- Go LIVE regularly on TikTok & Instagram (~15–30 min per shift) — engage viewers in real time, answer questions, show the bar live, and convert watchers into visitors
- Appear on camera confidently: Model, act, host, interact — be the face of Campus on TikTok
- Edit professionally using CapCut, Canva, TikTok tools — high-quality, fast-turnaround content
- Track and report basic performance (views, follower growth, engagement spikes) and suggest what’s working to bring more people in
Key Responsibilities – Bartending:
- Bartend high-volume relief shifts: Serve craft beers, cocktails, wine, shots, hard cider, food
- Provide fast, outgoing, friendly service in a busy bar/nightclub-style setting
- Help with bar prep, keg handling (must lift/move kegs), and team support
Must-Have Requirements:
- 21+ only
- Proven TikTok expertise — you’ve grown accounts, created viral content, understand trends, algorithms, and what drives followers & engagement (please share examples)
- Experience bartending in a busy bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant a PLUS (fast-paced is non-negotiable)
- Very comfortable on camera — live streaming, acting, modeling, talking to audiences
- Passion for growing a brand’s social presence and turning online attention into real customers
- Outgoing personality, sales-oriented mindset, team player
- Reliable transportation, punctual, able to pass pre-employment drug screen (illegal drugs)
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift kegs, and handle full bar shifts
Schedule & Earnings:
- As-needed relief bartending shifts: Primarily Friday & Saturday 9:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
- Extra shifts during UFC nights, holidays, sports seasons
- $17/hr base + strong shared tip pool — busy nights + great service = excellent tips
