Position: We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supevisor to work maintenance issues and oversee facility maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You will assist with procurement and monitoring of medical and vending supplies, while also providing backup support to other team members. Daily tasks include groundskeeping, drywall repairs, painting, mechanical repairs, environmental safety compliance, and general building maintenance. The role requires efficient management of both teams to maintain quality and safety standards across the facility.

Required Qualifications (All Must Be Met):
- Able to lift 50-75lbs, bend over, stand or walk for long periods of time
- Meet compliance standards for employment (Obtain Fingerprint, CPR/First Aid)
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and efficient in time management
