Draught Specialist
Department: Sales
Location: Springfield, MO Location
Reports to: Sales Team Leader
Pay: $16/hour
Mileage: Personal vehicle is used and paid mileage
Description: This position is accountable for installing, cleaning, servicing and maintaining draft lines and taps at on-premise sales locations.
The Draught Specialist's primary duties include implementation of approved Company programs and policies that will result in the achievement of cleanliness and quality standards while effectively presenting the Company’s brands to the retailer and the consumer. The Draught Specialist is expected to regularly visit all assigned accounts in-person to perform the cleaning and maintenance on the draught lines and to maintain strong, productive relationships with all customers to facilitate sales. The Draught Specialist will be expected to meet the standards established that apply to servicing and maintaining draught lines and taps.

Qualifications:
High school education required
Computer knowledge
21+ years of age
Safe driving record
Class E License
Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to repetitively pull, push, bend, squat, twist, crawl, climb, walk, and reach above head height.
