Lumber Plus is a fast-growing building materials company looking for motivated Account Representative (Sales & Customer Service) to join our team. Whether you have experience in building materials, construction, home improvement, roofing, flooring, windows, kitchens, wholesale distribution, or another sales-driven industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and showroom inquiries
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted point of contact
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes
- Assist customers with product selection and project needs
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Follow up consistently to turn opportunities into sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM
- Work closely with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Represent Lumber Plus professionally in the showroom, over the phone, and in the field
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience in building materials, construction, home improvement, wholesale distribution, or related industries is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
