Job Title: Fabricated Equipment Assembler
Location: Cleveland, OH
Reports to: Plant Manager
Status: Full-Time, Nonexempt
Purpose of Welder-Fabricator Role:
The Fabricated Equipment Assembler at The Cleveland Vibrator Company assembles, tests and paints industrial vibratory equipment to ensure we meet the revenue, quality, shipping, and profitability targets of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities are:
- Assemble, test and paint Vibratory Tables, Screeners, Feeders and Hoppers
- Pull components for job
- Prepare equipment for shipment including building skids
- Maintain job folder
- Maintain parts bins
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High School, Vocational School, Technical School Degree or equivalent
- General knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Attention to detail quality to fabricate quality product
- Excellent paint skills to give equipment a high quality finish
- Good organizational skills
- Ability and interest to learn and improve
- Ability to thrive in a teamwork environment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
