Practice: Plaintiff's personal injury — motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death
Who we are
We are an established, high-performing plaintiff's personal injury trial firm serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a 30-year track record and more than $100 million recovered for injured clients. We fight hard, prepare harder, and hold ourselves to an elite standard. We run on systems, not chaos — and we're looking for a litigation paralegal who thrives inside a well-run case file.
The role
This is a true litigation paralegal seat — you own the case from the moment suit is filed through trial preparation. You are not doing intake and you are not chasing leads. You are the backbone of our active litigation docket: the person who makes sure no deadline is ever missed, discovery moves on schedule, and every file is trial-ready long before trial.
You'll work directly with our litigation attorneys and report into firm operations. If you run a deadline calendar like a system and take pride in a clean, organized, defensible file, this is your seat.
What you'll own
- Court and discovery calendaring across all active litigation files — you are the deadline system
- Drafting and coordinating responses to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)
- Subpoena practice — records, EDR data, third-party documents
- Medical record and lien management: requesting, tracking, organizing, and summarizing
- E-filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts
- Deposition scheduling, logistics, and exhibit preparation
- Trial prep: exhibit binders, document indexing, witness coordination
- Maintaining pristine case files in CasePeer
What you bring
- 2+ years as a litigation paralegal (personal injury strongly preferred)
- Civil litigation experience in PA and/or NJ — comfortable running one and able to learn the other fast
- Familiarity with e-filing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
- A deadline-driven, systems-oriented mind — you catch what others miss
- Experience with case management software (CasePeer a plus; we'll train the right person)
- Clear, professional written communication
- The judgment to flag problems early and the ownership to solve them
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, or Polish)
- Trial experience — you've been in the war room during a jury trial
Why this seat is different
You'll work on serious cases with real stakes for real people. You'll have modern tools, clear systems, and attorneys who value a great paralegal instead of burying one. We invest in our people, and we promote from the inside.
To apply: Submit your resume and a short note telling us about the most complex litigation file you've personally kept on track. Applications with that note get read first.
