Job Title: RN Skilled Nursing Facility
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Location: Janesville, WI
Shift: Days shift (0630-1900) with every third weekend and a holiday rotation
Pay rate: $62/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN for Skilled Nursing units. The candidate must have an education verification, current WI License, and CPR. Traveler may be asked to float to other in-patient units due to census.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act.
- Documents according to standards of care.
- Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction.
- Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, may include shared governance.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year experience working as an RN in Skilled Nursing unit.
- Active WI RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA)
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
