Duties
- Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and promoting positive behavior
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum focused on childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts
- Support classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment
- Help with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine childcare tasks for infants and toddlers
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Maintain a sanitized work area
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required or obtainable upon hire
- Ability to manage classroom activities effectively while maintaining a safe environment for all children
