Press Operator (1st Shift)
Location: Greeneville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a smaller warehouse environment, ideal for candidates with previous press operation experience or a strong machining background. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Machine setup, operation, and changeovers.
- Load raw materials into the press and remove finished products.
- Monitor machine performance and notify the operator or supervisor of any issues.
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure products meet specifications.
- Measure and verify dimensions using basic measuring tools as needed.
- Package, label, and stage finished products for the next process.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Assist with routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous press operation experience or a strong machining background is required.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn production processes.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Must be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed to meet production demands.
