Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in providing support and education to clients, helping them achieve their goals through applied behavior analysis techniques.
Duties
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clinical setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and life skills.
- Collect data on client progress and report observations to the BCBA.
- Support daily living and adaptive skills in home and community-based settings.
- Collaborate with families and provide caregiver coaching as part of therapy sessions.
Schedule Options
- Part-Time: Up to 20 hours per week
- Full-Time: 30+ hours per week (Will begin part time and become full time)

Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Experience or training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) preferred.
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Reliable transportation.
