Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project/Operations Manager to lead and coordinate basement remodeling projects using the Total Basement Finishing system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using project management tools such as Contractors Cloud and Solution View.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Schedule part-time help when needed for material deliveries, demos and clean outs.
- Oversee project documentation including blueprints, schematics, contracts, and change orders; ensure accuracy and compliance with local code ordinances and municiplaities.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety standards are upheld; conduct site inspections and review progress regularly.
- Utilize technical skills in Contractors Cloud and Solutionview / Sketch Hero for project tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between customers, sales and office through effective project coordination, scheduling updates, and issue resolution.
- Assist in overall overview of warehouse organization and deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong background in project coordination on construction sites for basement remodels.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contract administration.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with civil engineering projects or heavy civil construction is highly desirable.
- Forklift Certified
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Construction: 5 years (Required)
- Basement Remodeling: 2 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading and CAD drawing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers Licens (Required)
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)
