We Got Game is hiring Fall Youth Sports Lead Coaches for programs in the NW suburbs.
We are looking for reliable, energetic coaches who love working with kids and can lead fun, structured youth sports programs after school and on weekend mornings. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience coaching, teaching, working at camps, leading youth activities, or managing groups of kids.
Current fall needs:
- Lead coach roles for youth sports programs
- After-school programs Monday–Friday
- Weekend morning programs
- School, park district, and community-based programs
- Program locations in the NW suburbs, including Mount Prospect, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, and nearby areas
What you’ll do:
- Lead fun, organized sports classes for kids ages 2–14
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment
- Teach basic sports skills through games and age-appropriate activities
- Manage groups of children with confidence and care
- Communicate professionally with WGG staff, parents, and site partners
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to lead
Requirements:
- Experience working with kids
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to program locations in the NW suburbs
- Availability after school during the week
- Weekend morning availability preferred
- Strong communication and dependability
- Comfortable leading a group independently
Pay:
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and role fit
About We Got Game:
We Got Game provides fun, safe, and engaging youth sports programs for kids ages 2–14. Our coaches help kids build confidence, learn new skills, stay active, and enjoy sports in a positive environment.
We are hiring 3 fall lead coaches and building a small backup bench of qualified coaches for additional program coverage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
