Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist/Programmer.
- Responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision production parts, die components, tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and sample parts according to blueprints, CAD models, customer specifications, job requirements, and quality standards. Performs CNC programming, machine setup, tooling selection, machine adjustments, first-piece development, precision inspection, troubleshooting, and complex machining operations while supporting both production and tool room manufacturing requirements in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience preferred.
- Experience programming, setting up, and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining equipment.
- Experience using SURFCAM CAM software to generate and edit CNC programs preferred.
- Experience manufacturing production components, die components, tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and sample parts.
- Experience in a short-run manufacturing, precision machining, tool & die, or job shop environment preferred.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
